Welcome to Our Place Your Story! We’re a couple living in Glencoe, Katie grew up here, Brian grew up in Stirling. As our family grew, we began to take photographing the milestones more seriously and it wasn’t long until family members asked for their photographs too. From there, confidence grew and we now offer a variety of photographic experiences as well as elopements and weddings across Scotland.

Photography kind of fell on my lap. My background is within guiding and i’ve won awards for me personable approach to providing tours of Scotland. It’s no surprise that once I took up photography seriously, that quickly I combined my ability to provide exceptional service to clients with my love for photography. I worked mainly commercially prior to setting up Our Place Your Story, selling images to brands like Arc’teryx, Black Diamond, Decathlon and many other outdoor brands.

Glencoe is such an incredibly beautiful place and perfect backdrop to a special photo shoot experience. That’s why I offer these photography experiences from my home. Please take some time to read my reviews too!
